Add honey and heat until honey is thin and mixed with butter. Add pinch of pepper, stir. Stir in pecans or walnuts. Turn low and stir about 3 minutes. <br /><br />If you like them toasted. Heat oven to broil, spray glass casserole with oil, turn pecans or walnuts into pan and spread to 1 layer. Place under broiler on lower shelf and leave for about a minute or two. When nuts start to brown, remove from oven.
